About the Role
A specialist organisation in Mulgrave is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor to join their team immediately! This is a temp short term contract, perfect for someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and being the go to HR person on the floor.

Immediately available for a 2–3 month short-term contract (with openness to extension). Fully committed to the Mulgrave site for the duration of the project.

Local experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Be part of onboarding and inductions and manage employment contracts

• Coordinate safety meetings and maintain policies

• Support the team in daily HR operations and ad-hoc tasks

• Provide practical HR support across the business

About You

• Enjoy working independently while collaborating with a friendly team
  
  
• Previous HR experience in contracts, policies, and onboarding is essential
  
  
• Expereince with Full Lifecycle HR Operations

• Organised with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable with working 5-days on site at the Mulgrave Office
